태원통상 웹사이트 이용약관 (Terms of Use)

제 1조 (목적)
이 약관은 태원통상(이하 “회사”라 함)이 운영하는 웹사이트(이하 “사이트”라 함)의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항 등을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제 2조 (정의)

제 9조 (재판권 및 준거법)
사이트와 이용자 간의 분쟁에 관한 소송은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 서울중앙지방법원을 전속관할로 합니다.

Article 1 (Purpose) These terms and conditions are intended to define the terms and conditions of use, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities of TaeWon Trading (“Company”) and its website users (“Users”) on the website operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. “Website” refers to the webpage operated by the Company providing product information and company information.
2. “Users” refers to members and non-members who access the website and receive information and services provided by the Company according to these terms.

Article 3 (Specification and Revision of the Terms)

1. The Company posts these terms and conditions on the website so that users can easily understand them.
2. The Company may change these terms within the boundaries of the law. Revised terms are posted on the website and become effective 7 days after posting.

Article 4 (Interpretation of the Terms) Matters not specified in these terms or interpretation discrepancies will be governed by related laws or commercial practices.

Article 5 (User’s Obligations)

2. Users shall not engage in the following actions while using the site:

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution) In case of an e-commerce dispute between the website and users, the user’s damage relief request can be settled according to the arbitration of the Fair Trade Commission or a dispute resolution agency delegated by the province or city governor.

Article 9 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law) Disputes between the website and users will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and Seoul Central District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction.
